Susan Gordon
More than 25 years working with leading international con-sulting firms, providing financial advisory services to distressed and underperforming companies — providing restructuring and turnaround services and merger and acquisition assis-tance. Susan is passionate about utilizing her corporate expertise to assist mission-driven organizations achieve financial stability and enhanced social impact.
Kristen Rolf
Kristen Rolf is a consultant focusing on general strategy and facilitation for the impact sector. As a strategist, she has served clients across the non-profit and for-profit sectors. She has special expertise in social services, education, philanthropy, diversity, consumer financial products, and broadcasting for social impact.
She frequently works as a facilitator, assisting clients with internal working sessions designed to address large strategic questions, resolve urgent challenges, and balance multiple stakeholder views. She has also facilitated multi-agency strategy sessions that guide a group of local organizations to create shared strategies and practices.
Her past corporate and consulting work includes projects in a range of functional areas, including benchmarking, research, marketing and communication. Her non-profit clients include The Kresge Foundation, Starfish Family Services, The Bosch Community Fund, Development Centers, and PBS. In the business sector, she has done work for organizations including Mission Throttle, Coca Cola, and Mastercard.
Previously she was Director of Market Research and Strategy at Detroit Public Television, where she oversaw strategy, research, foundation relations, and government relations. Prior to Detroit Public Television, she spent seven years as a strategy consultant at Edgar, Dunn, & Company, a boutique consultancy. She has an MBA in general management from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a BA in economics from Harvard.
